5. Orders & Contract Formation

A contract is formed only after:

• You receive an order confirmation email
• Payment is successfully completed

We may cancel an order if:

• Products are unavailable
• Incorrect pricing is detected
• Fraud or misuse is suspected

6. Delivery

• We deliver within Germany and selected European countries
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Free delivery applies to orders above €39 (Germany only, unless stated otherwise)
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Notice)

According to EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Exception: This right does not apply to perishable food items, sealed goods unsealed after delivery, or hygiene-sensitive products, as permitted under EU consumer protection regulations.

9. Liability Limitation

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights
