Package Item
Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
Ship Back
Use the prepaid return label we provide or ship to our address
Get Refund
Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Return Policy
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items. Perishable items must be returned within 48 hours if there's a quality issue.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable items that have been opened, personalized items, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the item
- Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount (unless item is defective)
