Return Window
Non-food, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Food and perishable items have special conditions (see below).
Food & Grocery Items (Important)
- Opened or used food items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
- Refunds or replacements are only possible if the wrong item was delivered, the item arrived damaged, or the product was expired at delivery.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- All original labels, accessories, and seals must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used food products.
- Perishable grocery items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Personalized items.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective).
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return cost. In other approved cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
